Adj. to be superfluously or exageratedly chipper. To be over-excited about sth. Derogative in most circumstances.

A musical style that allows the listener to predict the entire track within 8 bars or less, usually favored by lesser talented drum and bass producers (who are in fact not making drum and bass!)
