Short for paper in your life. The means in which negative actions are formally documented to leave a paper trail of negativity.

Some examples of piyli would be:

Probation/Parole/Felony Conviction
Child support/Alimony
Performance or beavioral disciplinary actions
Bad Credit(bankruptcy)

Piyali 

A girl with a big heart, kind to all, smart but doesn't think so and has a great sense of humour. She's beautiful on the inside because of physicality along with inward aspects. Talented in many ways. Non judgmental and makes the best friend. If you are lucky to be in a relationship with one you better treat them wonderful and hold on to them because they are not easily found.

Pillicothe 

Is a contraction of the words pill and Chillicothe. Chillicothe is a small city that sits in the scioto valley in south-central Ohio. The highway that goes thru the city is a well known drug trafficking route, linking Columbus and parts of Kentucky. The rapid increased abuse of pills in the region, starting in the late 1990's, is what led to the nickname.

Pillipokaali 

Pillipokaali is the definition of a person not capable of speaking clearly, so he/she googles/searches every type of definition of a particular word, in hopes of sounding like a superior person. You can spot a pillipokaali, if hes/her keyboard can be heard typing in the background and he/she always takes a minute to start talking, and is very hypocritical from time to time.

"Hey, did you know that Gary is such a pillipokaali, he searches every word he speaks. It's annoying because you can hear his keyboard clearly typing in the background when he talks."
