When pets are lying on you such that you cannot move. An individual might be catted (i.e. immobilized by a purring cat in the lap) or dogged (immobilized by a dog napping in your lap), but if a cat and dog conspire together to BOTH nap on your lap, then you are petlocked

I really needed to go to bed, but the cat was napping in my lap and the dog had his head in my lap too. If I moved I would have woken both of them! I stayed up way too late because they totally had me petlocked to the sofa.
