Pesca-pescetarian

A person that does not eat any meat apart from fish that eat fish.
A diet that is mostly vegetarian but allows only the consumption of fish that eat other fish.

Waiter: Here is your fish sir.
Pesca-pescetarian: I'm sorry , this is not a cannibal fish. You see, I'm a pesca-pescetarian.

Waiter: My apologies, I will see what options are available.

pollo-pescetarian 

Regarding dietary habit, a combination of pollotarian (one who eats poultry and no other meat) and pescetarian (one who eats seafood and no other meat) for describing one with a relatively simple restriction, usually based on ethical value, religious faith, or personal taste -- one who does not eat red meat, but only "white" meat and animal by-products; basically, one who does not eat mammals.

Person 1: "Hey, do you want some bacon?"

Person 2: "No thanks, I'm just going to have some chicken. I'm a pollo-pescetarian."

Person 1: "What the fuck is that?"

Person 2: "Someone who doesn't eat red meat."

Person 1: "Why? Are you a religious nut or something?"

Person 2: "No, I just believe that there is a point where the evolutionary advancement of an animal, and its ability to experience emotion, its ability to feel pain, its intelligence, its sociable tendencies, its size -- really its connection to the human race -- is far too advanced for us to allow ourselves to systematically kill them for food we do not need. There are few biological distinctions between dogs and pigs, or humans and most mammals for that matter."

Person 1: "Oh... eh, bacon tastes too good."

Pescetarian Light

A diet consisting of plant based foods and seafood, with no other meats, dairy or eggs. A vegan who also eats fish. As opposed to a pescetarian, a pescetarian light does not eat dairy or eggs.

"I'm mostly vegan, unless it's $1 oyster night. You might say I'm a pescetarian light."

"I hate to be rude, but I can't eat that lasagna you made for me. As I told you, I don't eat cheese. I'm a pescatarian light."

pescetarianism

Pescetarianism is the practice of a diet that includes seafood, and excludes other animals. A Pescetarian diet may or may not include dairy products or eggs.
Pescetarian is from the latin word pesce(fish).

It is a natural diet that has been practised by many indigenous groups for millennia particularly nations that live by the sea.

Pescetarianism has been acknowledged by nutritionists and medical professionals as one of the healthiest diets due to the abundance of the long-chain omega 3 acid in fish oil, worth noting is the long-chain type can only be found in fatty fish and not in some nuts or seeds as some Vegetarians like to believe. Pescetarian diet is very similar to the famous Okinawa and Mediterranean diet. Studies have also proved the significant role long-chain omega3 acid has in simulating brain cells resulting in better analytical thinking and response. Medical research has acknowledged the role of long-chain omega3 in prevention and fighting of cancerous cells.

As a natural diet, Pescetarianism existed before white man invented unnatural diets as what he perceives as natural or humane like Fruitarianism or other unnatural diets which are likely to cause illnesses and/or malnutrition due to the lack of sufficient or adequate nutrients.

Many inhabitants of Okinawa are centenarians, some researchers have associated their good health to their Pescetarianism and active lifestyle.

Pescetarian 

One who excludes all flying and terrestrial animals from their diet. "Pesce" is the word for fish in Italian, and so a pescetarian is one who only consumes fish and other seafood as a meat source. They also eat any and all fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, legumes, and grains.

Many vegetarians consider them to be cheaters for eating the flesh of an animal, and get rather offended when pescetarians call themselves vegetarians.

The main reason they get offended is that vegetarians and vegans alike believe that no animal should be consumed by humans, and if flesh is consumed, they are no longer worthy to the grand title of vegan or vegetarian. Another reason they are appalled is the conditions of the animals that are commercially raised and sent to be processed in the slaughterhouse.

Pescetarians believe that catching and eating fish in the wild is perfectly okay. They believe it to be humane, sustainable, healthy, and overall very delicious. Fish are always preyed on by other bigger fish, who either chomp them alive and eat them, or swallow them whole. Pescetarians are saving fish from that fate, as well as getting a good source of healthy calories, protein, zinc, omega 3 fatty acids, thiamin, vitamins B6 and B12, riboflavin, selenium, and other essentials the human body needs to stay alive and fit.

"Sir, may I interest you in a steak, or a burger perhaps?"

"No, thank you I'm a pescetarian. I'll have the lime-marinaded grilled salmon with a side of steamed rice and garlic-sauteed portobello mushrooms.

pescetarian 

An omnivore who excludes poultry, beef, and pork from their diet but includes fish (and usually other forms of seafood like shrimp, oysters, scallops, etc.).
Because these people do choose to include meat in their diet (seafood is muscle tissue from a live animal and therefore meat), they are not vegetarian as vegetarians do not consume meat.

Sally doesn't eat beef, chicken, or poutry but does include fish and some other forms of seafood in her diet. She is a pescetarian.
