Singala Peruchali 

A title given to a person who holds supreme power or influence in a community, country or movement.

A Singala Peruchali does not have to be a high ranking official, it could be anyone who has influential power to change decisions in the respective community. A Singala Peruchali should have the support of major stakeholders, otherwise he/she is unfit for the title. A Singala Peruchali is the greatest of the greats, master of the masters and leader of the leaders. The title can be given to a powerful member in a formal organisation, but is usually reserved for more informal occasions.
Malala Yousafzai is the Singala Peruchali of female education in Pakistan.
