Meaning
A scale of appeal and image or stats that is in no real order as no one is guaranteed to have all 10 qualities in question.

1.) Doesn't cheat. (Always the first one)
2.) Has a great body.
3.) Good looking face.
4.) About their money.
5.) Has a real job, not just a hustle.
6.) Knows how to hold a conversation. (Goes with similar interests)
7.) Takes time to get in bed.
8.) Knows what they want out of life.
9.) Has a place of their own.
10.) Has a car.

Miscellaneous things like (but not limited): has no extra baggage, no crazy ex, no record, etc.

Female 1; Hey, you know bob? I kinda like him but he's not a perfect ten. He's more of a 5 MAYBE.
