Pebjus refers to the feeling of being tired of being on a hedonistic treadmill and feeling a moment of self reflection coupled with intense loneliness and acceptance of the fact that one does not at that point possess the ability to rid themselves of the situation they find themselves in and hence will end up continuing on this self destructive path.

It is hence used as a filler when a conversation has died for a while and people are able to look at how they are wasting their life but are unable to change anything due to the inertia of their habit
