Paquita's have the best laughs, their smile is so contagious. You could never regret to know her. When she is comfortable with you, it will be the best thing ever. The most attractive person i have ever met, both inside and out. When you’re with her, everything is a bliss. You won’t think of nothing else and won’t wonder anywhere when you’re with her. Her eyes are very dangerous. You can both get lost in it and be found in it while staring at it. She is also super duper caring. A lighthearted reaction upon receiving disappointing news of some sort. Usually something that isn't a particularly a big deal, esp. when it primarily affects someone else - sort of a mild schadenfreude. Sometimes doubled or tripled, and possibly said in a sing-songy voice for added comedic effect to imitate a muted trumpet, which is how the meme originated.
