boxborough, Massachusetts

Boxborough, Ma is the epitimy of nothing and everything boring in the world. No exaggerations at all. There is nothing to do there but hike endless repetitive trails or go to have the worst pizza of all time at Bravo Pizza. The People that live there usually have a giant 10 inch stick up there ass except for a small group.

The question is if this town is so terrible why has anyone even lived here? Parents with young kids move here in search of a nice suburban town with an excellent school system. Which for the most part is true except when the kids head off to RJG Jr High where they join kids in acton (the neighboring town) for two years until they go down the road to the hell hole of the regional high school. Here every kid is mentally raped and is told only two things: sports and school are what matter. Which again for the most part is true but there is so much more to life. The daily life of a kid here is just being told you aren't good enough over and over and over again. It slowly gets chiseled into their head until one day they end it all. For what? For some stupid fucking school in the middle of nowhere that literally means nothing to anyone. Why are the kids told they aren't good enough?

Foxborough Regional Charter School

A tiny charter school in Foxboro, MA that usually yields a graduation class of under 20 students. It's got decent academics depending on the class, a bunch of really bizarre and crazy but amazing teachers, pretty awesome programs and leadership opportunities if you actually care, and less-than-stellar but slowly improving facilities. Athletics kind of suck but that's to be expected. Also known as "FRCS" or "frickiss."

"I went to frickiss."
"What?"
"Frickiss...the charter school...you know, the Foxborough Regional Charter school. In Foxboro, MA. FRCS. Frickiss."

Boxborough

Boxborough is a very small town in Massachusetts with lots of trees and farms. It is between Acton and Harvard. The steryotypical Boxborough kid, wears hockey flat caps, likes hockey, skiis, think they are black, and you can easily tell them apart from acton kids. Boxborough has a few stores, wich all eventually go out of bussiness becuase no one goes to those stores. Boxborugh is also notorious for being well mannered.

Brendan: HEY, Acton kids! Im from Boxborough!
Acton kid: Ya, your a looser
Brendan: HEY, THANKS I know!

Roxborough

A neighborhood in Northwest Philadelphia. Its bordered by Andorra on the north, Manayunk and East Falls to the south, and Wissahickon Valley to the east. While the precise location of these borders are ambiguous, its reasonable to say that everything northeast of Manayunk Avenue up to Henry Avenue (Ridge Corridor), and everything north of Leverington are part of the borough.

The neighborhood is conveniently located a good distance from violent thugs in Germantown, and the delicate artistes and meatheads of Manayunk.

Roxborough is home to Tony A's, Zagat rated D'Allesandro's Steaks, Jimmy Cannon's famous 4 AM deliveries, a Rita's, Alex's Pizza, Santucci's Pizza, The Adobe Cafe, 3 easy to get to grocers, plenty of good, unpretentious bars, all the major banks, 3 beer distributors, you get the idea.

A great place to be.

Jeff: "So get off at Green Lane and-"

Ashley: "OMG you live in Manayunk?"

Jeff: "No, Roxborough. So you make a left onto main and head up Leverington-"

Ashley: "YES!!! MAIN STREET OMG!!!! I LOVE THE BARZ!"

Roxborough Trash

1.) white trash from Roxborough. Nearly everyone in Roxborough between the ages of 12-22 and 30-65. These people wear oversized white t-shirts and grey sweatpants with black sneakers. The girls often have gigantic Hispanic looking hoop earrings, tight ponytails and strollers (regardless of age). The guys often have fake Timberland boots, and backwards (or sideways) Phillies caps. These people often have misconceptions of how poor their neighborhood is (isn't, really) and what race they are. Many attend (or have attended) Hallihan or Roman. Drinking starts early (both in age, and time of the day), as does drug use. They often try to exaggerate the level of "ghetto" in Roxborough and themselves, while paradoxically making their home to be the greatest place in the city.

Roxborough

It's where it's at. Roxborough is the greatest neighborhood in Philly. The people who live there ride out for each other and they don't take shit from nobody. People who don't live in the Borough, wish they did. Most people who live in surrounding neighborhoods such as Manyunk and East Falls dream one day to move to the Borough so they tell their friends that they live in Roxborough.
