THE DAY AFTER A NIGHT OF HEAVY DRINKING. MORE THAN YOUR AVERAGE HANG OVER. IF FACT SO FAR PAST, THE ONLY WAY TO CURE IT IS TO START DRINKING AGAIN.

If we do the buffet for lunch we'll be so gastronomically hung over we wont need to worry about supper.

Sometimes H.O.H means Head Of Household, like in Big Brother. But here, It means Hung Over Horny. Hung Over Horny means the act of being horny the day after going to sleep horny.
