A romanization of the Japanese word for “push” (推し). Among streaming communities, specifically Virtual Youtuber communities, it is used to refer to a streamer whom a person supports wholeheartedly, and in a manner greater than others within a particular industry or group. Reverence of said character can result in varying degrees of obsessiveness from occasional monetary donations to hoarding expensive merchandise
