This comes from the user Notch, the creator of Minecraft, who updated his game and created numerous bugs that make the game completely unplayable.

A lazy slacking freeloading bum. A person who is always looking for a handout, but never wants to do anything to deserve it. Also can describe a dimwitted person who accomplishes meager tasks and expects grand rewards.
