Northstar

A playable titan in the video game Titanfall 2. Northstar is a Stryder class titan. It's fast and nimble delivering very high damage at the cost of the lowest health in the entire game shared with Ronin(another Stryder class titan). Due to this Northstar is best suited for highly offensive playstyles that best work when fighting along side an Atlas or Ogre class ally titan. Northstar is particularly interesting because she is the only titan that has the ability to fly. This is seen in her VTOL hover ability were she can fly over entire titans, obstacles, and peek enemies with a shot to the face. Her other abilities are tether traps that hold a titan in place for a few seconds and cluster missile that will kill any pilot hidden inside a building. Her main weapon is the Plasma Railgun. It's a sniper weapon that will deal more damage if charged up(by aiming). And last but not least, her core. Northstars Flight Core is devastating to any titan that might happen to get in her way. Northstar flies above all other titans and unleashes a hellfire rain of missiles down on any pilot or titan that made the mistake of challenging her.

The Northstate

The part of California farther north than Sacramento. Has to be called "The Northstate" because the middle part of California took the name Northern California already. The part of California that would be turned into Jefferson if California was split into 6 states. Mostly empty and the middle of nowhere. Actually has cold weather and snow. The northern parts of it have winter for 6 months. This is the part of California where Mount Shasta is.

A mix of hippies and rednecks live here. It's more like a mix of Oregon and Nevada than part of California. The Northstate is only technically but not really part of California because no one in the rest of California has heard of it and the news/weather reports for it always come from Oregon or Nevada.

I didn't even know the Northstate existed before I moved to Weed.

Northstate

The part of Northern California that's so far north that California doesn't know that it's part of California. Also known as Jefferson or that part of California with nothing in it. Pretty much everything in California that's north of Sacramento. The place where California steals its water from. Gets its weather reports from Oregon and Nevada news stations because California abandoned it. It's colder than Oregon. Has no cities with more than 100,000 people. Has towns with funny names like "Bieber," "Weed," and "Yreka." This is where Mount Shasta and Mount Lassen are and where the Sacramento river starts.
