Though they deny it (and think it's a joke), is the most beautiful person you know. They are trustworthy and their friends love them. They always are happy and are friendly to almost everyone. However, they won't hesitate to kick ass when they need to. Also really cute. Can get anyone they want, but not in a whore or slut way. Really cool to hang out with. A substandard attractiveness scale applicable towards young female students at the New Jersey Institute of Technology in Newark, NJ. Due to a horrendous 8:1 Male:Female ratio, a young lady that might otherwise be considered unattractive, annoying, or even a potential psychopath at another University is considered attractive to the young men at NJIT, therefore "NJIT Pretty".

Brought to public attention by Bob Woodward and Carl Bernstein in the book on the fall of Richard Nixon, All The President’s Men, ratfucker was Nixon’s term for a political operative who sows chaos among opponents; an agent provocateur. It is thought to have originated among campus political rivalries at USC, and seems to have some usage in the US military.
Along with Nixon’s other ratfuckers, Roger Stone caused fights at otherwise peaceful Democratic Party protests to generate a false narrative that the Democrats were violent and dangerous.
