Student-run, anonymous listening service. Most universities have one and they are always there to listen about any problem, big or small.

St. Andrews definitely have the best one though, 100%.

Person 1: I'm feeling lonely and super sad
Nightline: How does that make you feel?
Person 2: Well pretty lonely and kind of sad really
Nightline: Hmm, I understand. How does that make you feel?
