A regional term in the South and parts of the Southwest. A person can become such a trial and burden on those around hin that when someone finally shoots him, everyone who knew him says, "Well... He needed killing." It was often used in reference to outlaws when word arrived of their deaths.
In modern times the usage is more in terms of referring to a bad sort as "he needs killing". There are, however, several recorded instances where someone on trial for murder has attempted to use it as a defense - sort of a 'self-defense after long history of intolerable actions' kind of thing. Sometimes the dirty, rotten *&%#@%&#* NEEDED KILLING!
To mess up or cause a failure, this term was popularised by the YouTube Channel Oliver Aged 24 (HowToDrawReallyGood ) where Neef (a previous student of his) would show some of his pieces of work that he created using the tutorial, they are always terrible and referred to as being 'Neefed up'.
Inspired by Gilbert Gottfried's impression of an old Groucho Marx where he explains why the Marx Brothers took jobs on terrible projects late in their career.
A very awesome wizard, with god-like powers. Best known for its ability to captivate the minds of intellectualcreatures and for controlling song.
The best way to defeat a Neebe is to blind it - this will hinder its abilities.
"Today, I faced a Neebe in combat; she captivated me with her charming music. I didn't stand a chance."
"There is a Neebe lurking in the forest; be sure to not anger it or you will invoke its god-like strength!"
