A compound word formed from the spanish word "nalga," meaning cheek and the english word rhythm, which describes motion or movement.

Nalgarhythm describes the movement of the posterior, specifically the cheeks.

I don't even like those stupid spinning classes. The only reason I go is to sit in the back and peep that sweet nalgarhythm.
