Muoio, literally meaning, "I die," in Italian, is a last name reserved for only the elite. If you know a Muoio, you is blessed. They are rare, and pretty easy to piss off, so if you do meet one, hold on tight. They are intelligent, beautiful, incredibly impulsive, and hilarious people.
