it is simply a sillier way to say it.

similar to mofodonia, the singular alternate word for "motherf****er", this can also be a name for a beautiful flower. the mofodonia flower is yellow and blue and resembles a daisy or a sunflower. to have several mofodonia flowers would be to have a "bouquet of mofodonias", or it could also be called a " bouquet of motherf***ers", if the situation warrants.

the boy had a crush on the girl. he picked for her an entire bouquet of lovely mofodonias to express his affectionate feelings.
