Pronounced middle-oid. A term used to describe anyone looking like they are from the Middle East. Whether they are Saudi, Syrian, Iranian, Iraqi, Kuwaiti, Lebanese, or any other dark skinned race in the surrounding areas.

Friend: "Did you see that man on the news yesterday?"
Me: "The dark skinned middleoid that was on the run?"
Friend: " Uh, yeah that one! They caught him last night."
Me: "Cool."

/ˈmɪdldɪkər / noun

The middledicker, a new form of flipping the bird, involving one buddy's hand and the other buddy's boner.
Taking a fist and holding it up like you would be flipping someone off, your buddy would then line up his erect penis behind the fist where the middle finger would be, thus creating the illusion of flipping the bird.

Can also be accomplished alone.

"Hey Dan, Steven just cheated at beer pong. Let's give him the middledicker."

That guy who uses the urinal in the middle in a public toilet forcing the next person to use a urinal directly adjacent to the one he is already using thus contravening the understood rules of urinal etiquette that require one to go to the furthest urinal to allow for an empty urinal buffer zone between oneself & the next patron. (similar to heterosexual buffer seat at movie theaters)

Every time I've gone into the bathroom tonight some middlepisser is taking up the urinals, so I just went into a stall.
