microsoftish 

An organization, or company that is known to use dirty tactics to make even more profit then their already ridiculous figures. Some of these tactics can be seen as evil, or simply dirty. It is not to be confused with illegal, as these organizations will make sure that what they do is legal, but just "micro" "soft" to customers.

One common tactic is to price gouge, or hide clauses to make customers pay more after they've already paid. This is very common with software licensing companies.

I already paid 10k for this software, but now they want me to pay another 1k per computer just so the client portion can work? That's so microsoftish!

Can be applied outside Microsoft discussions.

Slang, offensive.

Microsoftize

A global or transnational corporation that desires/attempts to monopolize the global market, outsource valuable jobs to economically lesser developed regions/countries, and obliterate competitors within the same business sector. The prefix "micro-" is misleading, as Microsoft is not by any means a small corporation.

Microsoft Corporation has often attempted to Microsoftize the global market through their computer services, especially in the United States. As a result, several antitrust lawsuits have been filed against the multi-billion dollar corporation.
