mean ol' 

An expression originating from the Central Coast of California, particularly in Chicano jargon. Although similar to the widely-popular term "hella" of Northern California, it is used in descriptions as a replacement for adjectives such as "crazy" or "big" instead of adverbs such as "really" or "very" to emphasize astonishment, jealousy or sarcasm.
Damn! Mean ol' car. All fancy and shit.

mean and sour old turd 

An insult which originated in Dear Dumb Diary, a children's book by Jim Benton. Generally means an old person who hates kids and likes to beat their 40-year-old-son over the head with their cane.
What do you want to be when you grow up?

cornholio 

Ruler of Lake Titicaca. Rumored to have a bunghole that gets very angry if it does not receive toilet paper. Cornholio the Great is often seen walking around with his shirt over his head and his hands in the air, chanting songs about his power, and his bunghole.
"I am Cornholio! You do not want to face the wrath of my bunghole, for I need TP!"

Beavis: Um, okay. (heh heh heh heh).
