This is when Latin people commit to being present at a certain time and then you find yourself waiting like an ass because Jose is elsewhere. In addition, you don't get a heads up and whatever progress was to take place that day, becomes tomorrow's agenda. Sometime's tomorrow can be weeks, even months.
My drywall guy was supposed to finish the walls last week but since his brain works on manana time the project is on hold.
