A word originally used to describe self-manipulation. It evolved into a description of what one intends to do with the course of the day, ie, to replace the common slang term 'nm'. It then completely degenerated into a word that, once said, would be repeated by every person within a twenty foot radius, reminiscent of the seagulls from Finding Nemo.
Person 1: Hey, why didn't you call me last night?
Person 2: Sorry, Jeff Goldblum was on A&E, and I had to MABATE!
Every person within a twenty foot radius: MABATE!
A very large dispicable human being with bright blue eyes and no neck RR. Bearing a striking resemblance to a wildmanatee, she tends to have a large ass where the bulk of the blubber is stored. Her land waddle has been known to severly injure small children, and crack the city streets that she prowls on.
Yeah dawg, can't believe you hit and quit that land manatee.
A manatee joke is a kind of humour popularised by Family Guy and satirised by South Park. A manatee joke is when one of the characters says something that has nothing to do with the plot or characters in the show, but leads into a flashback of the scene described
"Remember that time you slept with Bill Clinton?"
(Cuts to a scene of Lois boinking Bill).
"Oh Peter, remember when this show used to not rely on manatee jokes?
