1) An individual who secretely watches another individual from afar, observing and analyzing for their own benifts/motives.

2) Fiend. Someone who will gather information about another person using clandestine and detective-like actions,and will use it to approach them as a friend/ to attempt to enage in sexual or cuffing-type situations.

3) Stalker

4)A thirsty individual.

Lurky Herpe 

This is a Herpe on a person's mouth that won't go a way. This "sore" subject always seems to lead back to just a "cold sore", but after about 2 weeks, this holy mole of VD's and a coworkers denial, has you slipping your prescription of Valtrex in their coffee every morning.

I swear, if the Deli Manger doesn't get rid of that Lurky Herpe on her lip, I'm going to put in for a transfer to produce...

Lurky Torontonian 

A Toronto-specific word, as in when Torontonians stand around idly on their porches, sidewalks, tiny lawns, etc. and eyeball others who may not be like them, and when a non-Torontonian is suspected, squint their beady eyes and scrunch their weasel noses and point and open their mouths to utter an inaudible to humans scream – to alert other lurky Torontonians that someone unlike them is near; similar to the Invasion of the Body Snatchers.

I was passing through Riverdale last week when I noticed several lurky Torontonians staring at me, and when I paused, they all pointed and opened their mouths to utter some kind of weird noise.
