It's gonna eat my lunch

Used when faced with a difficult challenge. Came from the common instance when a school yard bully would take lunch money from a smaller kid and use it to by his own lunch.
I have to write a 50 page report on the state of our global environment this weekend. It's gonna eat my lunch!

Launch It

The act of engaging all thrusters to send it into outer space. The phrase is usually accompanied by the Rocket Emoji.
Brad: "Tonight is going to be a full send, bro."
Matt: "Hell yeah dude, I'm going to absolutely launch it."

Italian Lunch

Pleasuring yourself anally using the mouth of a passed out girl/guy.
I have a bad taste in my mouth since Christian and I had an Italian Lunch.

Lunchitis

Feeling lazy, tired, sleepy after eating lunch. Or, not wanting to do any work after coming back to work from lunch break.
Coming back to work from lunch, Kyra had a bad case of lunchitis as she found it very difficult to motivate herself to do any work at all. Her and her colleagues ended up just shooting the shit instead.

The grindset is a contemporary ideology of self-exploitation disguised as strength, deeply tied to the aesthetics of the “sigma male” and to new digital forms of patriarchy. It promotes the idea that human worth depends on productivity, economic success, absolute emotional control, and the ability to work endlessly, turning vulnerability, rest, community, and tenderness into signs of weakness. Beneath its rhetoric of discipline and power often lies a profound inability to relate healthily to pain, fragility, and human interdependence.
“That’s the grindset, brother. While weak men sleep and complain, sigma males stay disciplined, work in silence, suppress emotions, and build power while everyone else wastes time chasing comfort.”
