It usually means that a girl or guy is behaving in a teasing or sexy way that dupes someone (or several people) into thinking that they will be willing to have sex and/or a relationship with them, but at the last minute they back out of the deal and don't go through with it

(a girl) has been leading on (a guy) for months letting him think that something was going to happened between them but she finaly backed out when (the guy) asked her to be his GF

1. A state of being incredibly intoxicated in which a person is prone to say inappropriate things and confront anybody regardless of their size or strength. Someone who is Ledined is also very likely to steal things and commit other various misdemeanors.

Leadie/leadies

A person of group of people that have lead poisoning or have an above-average amount of lead.
Synonymous with stupid, or dumb.

the definition of Leadie/Leadies is a person or group of persons that are dumb.

If anyone says something stupid, call them a leadie. example: An American with a southern accent states a terrible political opinion, and you respond with, ''Shut up leadie.''
Or a group of 2 or more people say or do something blatantly stupid, respond with ''you are a bunch of leadies.''
