A hybridization of the Afrikaans for cunt, (kont) and the commonly used British expression for Boris Johnson (twat) used to describe an individual who exhibits both cunt- and twat-like characteristics or qualities.

This is used to describe someone who is so incredibly lazy they will do anything to avoid work. In some cases it runs through the family with members conspiring to get days off, pretending your grandparents are serious ill in hospital is not uncommon.

On the whole they are a waste of space in the community.
