kebabylon

Fusion of the words 'kebab' and 'babylon'. The area in UK towns and cities, usually near all the bars, where loud, drunken people gather in public to embarass themselves, offend others, expell urine and vomit and eat bad foods at night on the weekends.

Roger: 'After the theatre we can walk through town to get to our bus stop.'

James: There's no way I'm taking Grandma through kebabylon to get home! We'll get a taxi.'

Sals Kebabs

Sals Oz Rock Cafe AKA Sals Kebabs is a kebab shop in Revesby near the train station (Sydney Australia)

It is open well into the early hours of the night so that the drunk people from the neighbouring pub and nearby club can come and eat because the bistro and shops are closed.

Sal (the rock guru) plays all the old classic rock songs all working hours so you can just kick back and relax.

The shop itself is a normal sized kebab shop and the walls stoles have records on them.

Sals Kebabs is known for his special Khe Sanh (named after the song by Cold Chisel) The Khe Sanh is the typical Aussie Kebab
Beef Cheese Lettuce Tomato and of coarse BBQ sauce…..$8

Every so often the Sals theme song "I LOVE SALS KEBABS!!" sung to the tune of I Love Rock and Roll By Arrows can be heard at anytime after 11pm on Friday and Saturday nights. The theme song was created by philosophize and members of The Darkest Illusion one drunk Friday night.

Sal’s Kebabs is the meeting place for all the hungry drunk people and is a peaceful place of joy where rock music calms the spirit while Kebabs sooth the soul

kebabslackers

Also known as the "rock mafia". A legend with roots from the town of Stenungsund in western Sweden. The legend tells of three young and skilled drivers who pushed the term of "streetracing" to it's edges. The three always seen togheter along with a brand new sportscar every week. Either at the pit stop of Stora Höga or GETSKÄRR (The Rock). The name kebabslackers was labeled by the community for their deep passion for kebab. A passion which was to be inherited by every single teenager - kebablovers who looked after the town.

- Ello, what to do?
- How about kebabslackin' at the rock?

- What if the bullies show up?
- Don't worry, I'm sure the kebabslackers will get rid of them.
