Jigmet means bold and beautiful. In another context , it also means vibrant.

Jigmet is highly versatile and can adapt to any situation . Looks pretty in all kinds of dresses. Very choosy in making friends but once befriended someone , sticks with them through the thick and the thin . Very soft-spoken , efficient and sometimes mischievious. Never wage a fight with Jigmet or you ll repent doing it. A cool person to have in your company.

Pretty much a slang word for folks who make a career of feeding off The Public Trough. This word is often used in Public Housing and Section 8 Strongholds as well as the Social Security Office.
