Southern US phrase meaning "It is irrelevant" or "It does not matter".
It don’t make a shit if you want to pay taxes. Taxes are inevitable.

Coined by G.I.'s in Vietnam. A reverse coping expression indicating that it means everything and I'm about to lose it. Usually used to dismiss witnessing or experiencing something so horrific that it can't be comprehended by the psyche. Alternately used as an expression of relief that one has avoided being killed even if they are injured or maimed.

it is an expression used for people we don't trust in.

In an emphatic and vulgar fashion it turns in "your word don't mean jacksh*t"

1. A clever rhyming phrase used to discourage someone who spits when he or she talks from spitting in your face and an attempt to make him or her enunciate more clearly.
2. A simple way to remember what to do during sexual intercourse, especially if you don't have a condom. A reminder to inform your partner you are about to ejaculate before you actually do, giving him or her the warning he or she needs to prepare. Especially necessary during heterosexual intercourse in which a pregnancy is not desired.

2. Jacob: "Honey, I don't wanna knock you up, so how're we gonna do this?"

The South Carolina colloquialism for "it does not matter."
me: "Where would you like to sit?"
grandma: "It don't make no nevermind!"

don't say thing's about other people if you don't like things said about yourself in return
When telling some off about being hypocritical you can say "If you can't take it Don't give it".
