Insomnia
The inability to sleep like regular individuals. As much as you tell yourself you’ll sleep that night, your mind just won’t shut down. Medications won’t work, meditation helps. (It’s all in your little crazy head.)

A common health problem characterised by difficulty in either falling or staying asleep. It can occur on its own (primary) or as a result of another medical disorder, such as depression (secondary).
Insomnia can be debilitating.
Birthday insomnia
Insomnia that occurs the day before your birthday. In the morning before your birthday tomorrow, you start to feel excited on the inside but not on the outside. In the nighttime, when you try to go to sleep you can't because tomorrow is your birthday and you stay up late that's where birthday insomnia mainly comes into play.
I can't sleep.

Because tomorrow is my birthday and when I try to go to sleep my body lets me stay up late.
