Mostly used to describe people who make bad decisions and continue to make another while ignoring the consequences setting aside the fact that it will and may prove to have a negative outcome towards their personal self and or others. Otherwise known as someone who fail a lot in life.

Remember when my mom kept yelling at me to get my stuff together and go to college but instead i partied and sat around till i got fired from all my jobs.
