This term, commonly used by college-age students, is someone you share a house with (or, less commonly, an apartment).
These people were, to my knowledge, formerly known as "roommates," in virtually all contexts.
Housemate seems to be merely one of the many trendy terms being tossed around these days.
Here are possible reasons for this word's existence:
A) Perhaps it's supposed to have less of the negative stigma that the word "roommate" seems to carry with it.
B) Also possible is that roommate implies a closer relationship/friendship than simply housemate.

The House Niger is not a race it’s a state of mind. In short it is extreme brown nosing. A perfect example is your modern day Trump supporter. These Trumpets are not true Republicans but merely Trump supporters, statistically lower IQ and lower income status. Trump is the modern day late Rev Jim Jones of Jones Town (death cult). By bible definition Trump is the closest example of the true Antichrist. Trump supporters are your modern day House Niger merely trying to be part of something bigger even if temporary, Trump is a temporary employee.

crunchy
Adjective. Used to describe persons who have adjusted or altered their lifestyle for environmental reasons. Crunchy persons tend to be politically strongly left-leaning and may be additionally but not exclusively categorized as vegetarians, vegans, eco-tarians, conservationists, environmentalists, neo-hippies, tree huggers, nature enthusiasts, etc.
Also used to describe establishments where alternative foods and products are sold, i.e. natural food stores.

murderhobo
In a tabletop game, a murderhobo is a player who murders NPCs indiscriminately. This is normally derogatory, referring to a player who totally ignores quests, dialog, backstory, trade, world building etc.
The term is most common with Dungeons and Dragons, but it can be applied to most RPGs where the player is allowed to kill most quest-giving NPCs and NPC traders. E.g. Elder Scrolls, Fallout, Divinity original sin.
