Hosenparties were brought to college campuses by German students. They involve multiple people of both sexes pulling their pants of, throwing them around and then messing around in the mess of pants around them.

Girl: Hi, I having a party in my pants. Right now!
Boy: Cool, let's do a Hosenparty.
