A Korean term used to adress underclassmen or people of lower "rank".
Is often used in schools to adress underclassmen (mostly boys).
Hoobae can be compared to the Japanese term Kohai.
A hoobae is the opposite of a sunbae, which is upperclassmen.

B: Yeah, he's one year under me.

Hooba Dooba (Hoo-buh-du-buh) variable 1. A word which can be used on many occasions. For example, "She just Hooba'd my Dooba". By common sense you should know what it means. Or when you do something crazy like jump out a window. It can also be used as a random word. For example, "Well this has gotten awkward, Hooba Dooba".

A based austrian caller on a livestream by Vaush consistently used hubba bubba instead of saying sex and because of his accent it was mistaken for Hooba Booba. Now it can describe anything based.

hoobaskank 

Taken from the name of a band, Hoobastank, and skanks, thus coming up with Hoobaskanks. They are the various 15-25 year old female who wear shirts that my 6 month old son couldn't fit into, shorts that he also couldn't fit into, and makeup that was applied with a trowel and wagner power painter. Normally seen in malls walking around with large formations of other Hoobaskanks in their migratory patterns, down and back, down and back, hang out at food court, repeat until kicked out of mall. Though they are all seeking attention in the worst possible way, glancing at them will have adverse reactions from entire flocks of Hoobaskanks.

Me: Wow, look at that herd of hoobaskanks. I wondered where all the old used handkerchiefs and Tammy Faye Baker's makeup went to.
Hoobaskank #1: What the fuck are you looking at? Pervert, quit looking at me!

Hoober Joober 

Like a zombie but faster, smarter and they live in the forests or underground. The term is used to describe when you are so scared in the wilderness that you start to think that actual half beast half human zombie creatures are going to prey upon you and your companions.

Have you seen The Descent? Yea that was like the best portrayal of a hoober joober ever.
