When a person is so (ugly) or has alot of marks on their face that their face looks like they got hit in the face with a bag of hot nickels.......the hot nickels would leave disfiguring marks.

The desire to cause someone extreme pain and/or suffering. The frying pan reference comes from the Disney movie "Tangled."
