Origin - defintely commonly used British Army slang, circa 1990. Although I'm not sure of the origin - probably related to the word "gout"

To cut off someone’s fingers or toes and stick them in your holes. The amount of fingers or toes you can fit inside you is called a gecord.

“Yo bro we’re gonna go Gouting this afternoon, you wanna come with”

Scape Goating

Derived from the noun Scape Goat, Scape Goating is the act of driving the speed limit or at least going with the flow until a car goes flying past you. At this point you pull out of your lane and into his, and use him as a Rabbit. The idea is to maintain a reasonable distance behind the other car and to go slightly slower than him so that he will get caught in any speed trap up ahead and you'll have time to react, slow down, and continue on your way. Not only does this work for speeding, but you can also follow him if he is constantly switching lanes, and rest assured that he will also be the one to get the reckless driving ticket, too, in place of you. This works best on highways and interstates, but can really be used on any kind of road with at least 2 lanes in either direction.

Driver in red car: "Man, I think this guy's been Scape Goating off me for the last couple miles. I'm gonna slow down so he passes me."

Passenger in red car: "Ok, he just passed you. Now let's Scape Goat off of him."

Passenger in red car: "Oh man, we've been Scape Goating off that Hyundai for 10 minutes, but he's exiting."

Driver in red car: "That's ok, we'll just find someone else to Scape Goat."

Price gouging is a term for a seller pricing much higher than is considered reasonable or fair. In precise, legal usage, it is the name of a felony that applies in some of the United States only during civil emergencies. In less precise usage, it can refer either to prices obtained by practices inconsistent with a competitive free market, or to windfall profits.

Take a $16 ticket, add $5.90 convenience charge, then add $2.20 for ordering online, and that's a 52% markup for a ticket to buy from ticketmaster.com

The blatant, purposeful and nefarious act of overcharging for condoms. Mainly perpetuated by chain drug stores, such as CVS, service stations, and assorted other 24-hr convenient stores.

Hey dude, I've got a tip for you. Never buy connies at CVS. I paid $13.49 for a box of 12, last week. Then tonight I went to grocery store, and the same prophylactics were $3.99. Dude, fuck CVS-- that's straight-up "dick-gouging!"
