Cool and ellaborate way to ask "got me?". It is mostly used in colloquial language but it is also a no-brainer to use it in business related context.
"I got you" -> 'gotcha' // "You got me?" -> 'gotchma?'

gotcha day 

"Gotcha Day" is a term used for kids that are adopted into new homes. Once a child leaves the foster care system and gets placed with their potential adoptive family, they celebrate that day. It's the move in day for the child.

Today we celebrated my sisters 4th "Gotcha Day."
