Someone who has registered and uses an account on a forum, usually for a game of sorts or discussion.

MSP Forumer 

An edgy, insensitive teen or tween with massive angst. You'll see them on popular social-game website MovieStarPlanet, mostly residing towards the forums. MSP Forumers have a twisted, demented sense of humour. They think assault, mental disorders and deaths are funny.

You'll often see the MSP Forumer bullying or making fun of someone on the forums. (They think bullying makes them cool.) If they're not bullying someone then they're making stupid edgy jokes with their Forumer friends.

Someone: Hi! <3 I hope you have a nice day. -- on the forums.
MSP FORUMER: abc
MSP FORUMER 2: shut up
MSP FORUMER 3: lol shut up high scorer.
MSP FORUMER 4: we really don't care.
MSP FORUMER 5: (some stupid crude joke)

An avid forum user who patrols forums on a regular basis, abiding and enforcing rules onto other people. The forumlord uses proper grammar, punctuation, unnecessary adjectives and subtle insults to portray himself as superior to others.
