A word used to describe a person who is of Liberian descent that is has style and can dress his/her ass off and has a distinct aura. Also they have a very cool personality that people love.

Person 1: “Yo look at that dude right there he’s he always rocking the flyest clothes.
Person 2: “ Yeah yo he be fly and he’s Liberian, I’m gonna start calling him a Flyberian.”
