A finaglement is basically achieving a sloppy means to an end through utter tom-foolery or manipulation requiring trickery in a sly, perhaps fraudulent sense.

I'm broke as shit... Tonight I need to plan a finaglement of sorts...

The practice of managing an artists fans online. This might include keeping their followes on twitter, fans on facebook, or friends on myspace up to date on news and releases.

That band has terrible fanagement, their record came out a week ago but their last tweet is from 2 weeks ago and says the album is coming soon.
