This is an irish word that can be taken to mean absolutelly tired waiting on something or loosing interest in something or sick + bored doing something (had enough of soemthing).

The idea of a consolidated parcel carrier FedUPS began to gain currency when a 15-day US labour dispute at United Package Smashers in August 2017 managed to overload and break other carriers. Effectively, control of most of the parcel marketplace by two dominant carriers allows either to disrupt not only the entire US domestic parcel handling industry but package handling in every other country with garbage to ship to the US. That leaves small mail-order vendors vulnerable.
Taking one piece out of the puzzle overloads anything else that was still running. The more that FedEX and UPS look like one monolithic, accountable-to-no-one mess, the more the result becomes less competition and more widespread dissatisfaction... leaving everyone FedUP.
