When you are bloated and need to fart but can’t.

I feel bloated and really need to fart but I can’t. I think I have fartipation.

Like constipated. But... fartipated.

You know when you really have to fart (not like you usually want to fart, but still) and you just can't and it's like painful?

Hence fartipated.
