A femguy is someone who is born a straight male who acts very fem but is 100% straight. People will sometimes mistake this person to be gay. This can also be used to describe a guy who is unsure of their gender identity after trying different identities such as non binary, bigender, or gender queer. This can also be used just to define what you feel if you like having that label

Guy1: hey man, I finally figured out my gender identity! I’m femguy!
Girl1: that’s awesome! What does it mean?
Guy: it basically means that i still identity as a male, but I’m very fem. it’s a term so I can have that label so I feel like I can fit in somewhere
