Is a word used for a man who is so invested in whatever he's doing (primarily video games) that he's become good at it almost like a tryhard the only difference being when all odds are against him, he somehow pulls a reverse card

Dude one: I was playing with Frank the other day and he was playing like a real Farguy
Dude two: dang, that's ashamed.
