Someone who is of an incredibly high intellect that despite being grown up still tries to bully others, and although is said to be genius, the genius is always used sarcastically (A fagnis typically is just a very lonely person so sometimes you can give hyphen the benefit of the doubt)

Marshall Tulloch is the biggest fagnis anyone could ever meet, I hope he doesn’t cry to greatly over this
