dry sauce

Dry sauce is what is left over after ejaculation that wasn't wiped off. Therefore, over time, this leftover will turn white and dry (usually leaving a stain of sorts).

Girlfriend: "What's that on your underwear?"
Boyfriend: "That's dry sauce from last night, baby."
