An inebriated individual whom on most accounts holds their tongue on speaking the truth of how they really feel about others but after breaching their threshold of that will tell any person they encounter the BLUNT truth rendering the recipient flummoxed and the day after they don't regret it.

Originally from York county, he is now the Ohio version of a scamtucci. Can be found at firehouse pancake breakfasts, beer distributors, and bar and grills in Clinton county, Pennsylvania during deer season. Would rather watch the Ohio State-Michigan game instead of hunting on the opening Saturday of rifle season.
