a common yet often preventable medical condition that can occur when a douche is placed in a position that requires thinking beyond the most basic of decisions such as whether or not to get out of bed and what cereal to eat in the morning.

The act of completely dedicating oneself to being a douche to almost biblical levels. For most, being fully dedicated to douchenism is so engrained that they don't even realise their own membership has been bought, paid for and passed on to their offsprings, all while making any other members of society, (particularly non douchenists), groan in pain with every action they take.

Ratfucker
Brought to public attention by Bob Woodward and Carl Bernstein in the book on the fall of Richard Nixon, All The President’s Men, ratfucker was Nixon’s term for a political operative who sows chaos among opponents; an agent provocateur. It is thought to have originated among campus political rivalries at USC, and seems to have some usage in the US military.
Along with Nixon’s other ratfuckers, Roger Stone caused fights at otherwise peaceful Democratic Party protests to generate a false narrative that the Democrats were violent and dangerous.
